My name is Alicia ElMamouni and I officially incorporated Little Greens Microgreens in January 2023, took a few months to experiment, and began selling in April! I have always loved gardening and growing things, and this new adventure has been so much fun - and it helps that it also provides quick gratification since most micros are ready in 1-2 weeks! It is always a delight to enter the grow room because it looks different EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I currently sell microgreens to a few restaurants, caterers, local grocery stores, and individuals, but am grateful to expand customers through Dakota Fresh! I offer full trays, trays cut and bagged, and cut and individually packaged micros; check out the weekly offerings to see what is available!

I almost always have peas, sunflowers, radish, rambo radish, broccoli, onion, and corn, and often grow cilantro, beets, and basil as well! I have experimented with many other varieties though, so if there is something you want to try, send it my way and I'll do my best to grow it!

I grow my micros using mostly non-GMO and organic seeds from TrueLeaf Market, use organic potting soil, and do not use any pesticides, herbicides, or other chemicals on my product.
