About Us
My name is Luke Rezac! I am a small-time farmer focused on providing the community with a vital superfood.
Growing Microgreens takes just shy of two weeks, I soak my seeds to prepare for planting every Sunday, I germinate these seeds with pressure in total darkness for a few days before I give them their first watering and put them under light. Just days later I harvest, package and deliver to local restaurants, caterers, local grocery stores and Individuals, I am so grateful to now have this opportunity with Dakota Fresh to expand and provide more people with the option of sustainable, one hundred percent organic produce. I offer full trays, cut and bagged; or cut and individually packaged! Check out my weekly offerings to see what I may have available!
I almost always will have peas, sunflowers, radish, rambo radish, broccoli, onion and corn. I often have cilantro, beets, dill and basil in rotation as well! I am intrigued with growing new things and would be happy to experiment if there is any variety you would like to try that you do not see!
